To start off, the building and atmosphere are amazing!! They have a massive tent set up outside for outdoor seating and have it decorated super well. We sat inside and the architecture is beautiful! Now for the food, everything was delicious!!! We all got something different and we all loved what we ordered. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

SO GOOD! Fresh Italian pasta for sure. Other than the specials (salmon for example) their portions are nice and big. They have a pretty small menu but I believe it's got something for everyone on it. Our food came out pretty quick also. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. She was excellent in making sure our water was always full. As far as the atmosphere this place is beautiful. Their "outdoor" dining which is completely closed in and heated is centered by a large pool with beautiful glass chandeliers above- it's beautiful. This is definitely a great place for a date night, work dinner, special occasion, parents in town, etc. Will be coming back!

One of the best outdoor restaurants in Raleigh. If you're able to get here when the weather is nice, you will not be sorry. That being said, they do a good job adjusting some of their patio seating when there is less than ideal weather. The food is very good. Just quality Italian through and through. So many delicious things on this menu I need to go back and have more asap

Mulino, aka "Melrose Knitting Mill" is housed in a renovated 19th-century building that was originally used as a knitting mill which specialized in underpants and bathing suits. The building retains much of its historical character, with exposed brick walls, large windows, and wooden beams. It truly is a beautifully renovated venue. Fortunately, the underpants and bathing suits have long been replaced by an endless resource of stunning Italian cuisine, where red vino and red sauce pleasantly litter the menu and one of the finest entrees on it is their house made lasagna. Its rich in flavor, layered with thin noodles to ensure your palate captures the flavors of all ingredients across the board. As far as I am concerned, the best seats in the house are on the outdoor patio next to the large fountain, on a good weather day of course. No worries if there is a good chance of rain, they have everything covered. I am a fan of authentically made cannoli, so end the night right with one of the freshly prepared cannoli's'. The subtle sweetness of the filling, the slight tang of the ricotta, and the delicate flavor of the crisp shell, all prepared in-house, YUM! Mulino will see us again, Cheers!

This place is right off the highway in a corner not too much parking so very crowded .looks very much like a fast dining AL Fresco bistro style dinner . There is a small bar , an enclosed large party area and a couple of small tables inside seating inside but not as much as on the outside . The waiter was very knowledgeable and was quick to advise us that the menu items were incorrect and he recited the menu available for that night . Food was good and not too expensive . I must say I felt a bit overdressed . Food : ARANCINI SICILIAN Brick oven pizza Pesto ravioli
